Documents are stored in batch form with any file type accepted such as .pdf, .dwg, .jpeg, .tiff and many others. For instance, we can store drawings in AutoCad format so your architect or engineer would be able to open and modify them prior to printing or emailing virtually eliminating the need for costly conversions from hard copies.

Additionally, we store all approved drawings and documents at the job level and can be accessed on our status report. All approval packages, which include forms, permits, ACP-5’s and much more, are all a click away which is vital when the surprise visit from an inspector occurs.
