Approved / Disapproved Applications: “More than one year, but less than two years in approved or disapproved status with no relevant code / zoning changes and no permits issued during this period.” Fee: A full filing fee as outlined in Table 28-112.2 of the NYC Administrative Code – SEE TABLE 28-112 2

First Permit Issued with No Work Started: “More than one year since issuance of permit with no work started, but less than two years.” Fee: A full filing fee as outlined in Table 28-112.2 – SEE TABLE 28-112 2

First Permit Issued with Work Partially Completed: “More than one year since issuance of permit with work partially completed, but less than two years.” Fee: $100.00 renewal fee & a percentage of the full filing fee – SEE TABLE 28-112 2

Last Permit Has Expired, but Work has been Completed is Awaiting DOB Inspections for Signoff Fee: No reinstatement fee required. Permit Renewal- $100.00 for each work type – SEE TABLE 28-112 2

Last Permit Has Expired, but Work has been Completed and No DOB Inspection is required Fee: No reinstatement fee required

High Pressure Boiler Annual Inspections

DEP Asbestos Filing
Applicants must file the asbestos abatement ACP7 form to the A-TRU unit at the Department of Environmental Protection. While the Buildings Department will no longer accept the ACP7 after this date, applicants must continue to declare any asbestos work on the PW1.
