Mr. Silvestri, The Founder of Brookbridge Consulting Services, Inc. (1988), has over thirty eight years of experience in real estate construction and property management in the New York area. As a specialist with insider's knowledge of the workings of the regulatory systems, he guides clients through the complex maze of regulations governing new construction, renovations and ownership of commercial and residential property.
Mr. Silvestri has developed more than twenty million square feet of prime commercial and residential real estate, and has managed multimillion-dollar construction projects in New York and New Jersey. His experience with new development projects and the acquisition of existing properties has taught him the importance of a landlord’s obligation to meet all regulatory and property management requirements.
By maintaining the highest standard of ethics for clients who require quality stewardship. Mr. Silvestri has built a solid reputation for Brookbridge and it is important to Mr. Silvestri and his team of specialists to be conscious of meeting deadlines and never to compromising sound judgment.
Prior to establishing his own company, Mr. Silvestri was a partner at Tishman Speyer Properties where he was a responsible asset and portfolio manager for over six million square feet of class A commercial real estate. From 1976 to 1984, he was a property manager for Fisher Brothers and the Chief engineer of the Citicorp Building. He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield as an operating engineer in 1972.
Mr. Silvestri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Iona College of New Rochelle. He also completed the Certified Property Management Program from the Institute of Real Estate management. His professional memberships include the Building Owner and Managers Association of New York and the Real Estate Board of New York. He is a former winner of the MANN of the Year Award in 2009 for expeditor of the year. Mr. Silvestri is also a former chairperson of the Recreation Commission in the Borough of Old Tappan, a coach at Northern Valley Regional High School, a certified substitute teacher in New Jersey and a guest lecturer in NYU's Masters Program in Real Estate Science as well as a former advisor to the Board of Education in Old Tappan.
