Brookbridge now provides printing and scanning services to enhance our customer
satisfaction mission. We pride ourselves on a quick turn-around of all projects
with some jobs returned on the same day. We can print drawings and documents up
to 42 inches (shortest side) which includes Architectural size D drawings and banners
up to 150 feet long – should the need arise. Our plotter prints in black and white
and full color with a very high resolution with near photographic quality.
Many of our clients call on us to make duplicate copies at the time of filing, therefore
saving time and money as we only reproduce those drawings necessary to acquire the
permit. Furthermore, we can generate copies from several sources; hard copy, digital
files (most file types including Auto Cad) and microfilm.
Scanning
To complement our printing services, we have a wide carriage scanner that allows
for documents up to 42 inches (short side) can be scanned. This allows us to make
digital copies of drawings and other larger documents for printing, emailing or
storage.
We provide document storage services in house for easy retrieval through our proprietary,
web-based software system. Documents and drawings associated with current or archived
projects can be accesses at any time and from any computer with internet access.
Generally, we scan files into the Acrobat (.pdf) format; however we can convert
the files to Auto Cad format if desired.

Blowbacks
In keeping with cutting edge technology, Brookbridge is now able to generate digital
copies from microfilm. In the event any folder is lost or misplaced, we have the
ability to recreate the entire folder. All drawings, forms and other documents will
be scanned and saved in a variety of digital formats that can be emailed, printed
and/or stored based on the client’s requests. Please call us for further information
