Our proprietary software has been developed to meet the needs of our clients by providing an electronic archival of all permits and approved drawings as well as other valuable and current information about their buildings with just a few clicks of a mouse.  PLANET is a multi-tiered system that combines several proprietary software packages designed to align Brookbridge with the needs of our clients.  This “up-to-the-minute” information is invaluable when considering acquisitions, during scheduled and unscheduled inspections and determining the status of violations and construction projects at your facilities.  Since this is a web-based application, access to the system is available at your convenience with an active username and password.  Staying informed about your building(s) and project(s) with the most current information available is critical in maintaining a safe and efficient environment.  Please contact us for more information or to set up a demonstration.

Brookbridge offers a complete line of filing services for all phases of alteration work, such as interior alterations, structural modifications, mechanical installations, sprinklers, landmarks, asbestos, and any other required regulatory agency protocol.

Brookbridge offers clients a pro-active violation search and removal process management plan. This search is extremely beneficial to the extent that the Certificate of Occupancy cannot be amended or issued until all life safety violations are remedied and dismissed. In addition by maintaining a violation “free” property, leasing, management and refinancing projects can proceed in a most expeditious manner.
